Là cá nhân hiện đang sinh sống tại Việt Nam tại thời điểm nộp Hồ sơ yêu cầu bảo hiểm, và được Công ty bảo hiểm chấp thuận bảo hiểm theo hợp đồng bảo hiểm.
Là cá nhân hoặc tổ chức được Bên mua bảo hiểm chỉ định để nhận quyền lợi bảo hiểm khi Người được bảo hiểm tử vong.
Là Tổ chức, công dân Việt Nam được doanh nghiệp bảo hiểm ủy quyền trên cơ sở hợp đồng đại lý bảo hiểm để thực hiện hoạt động đại lý bảo hiểm.
Là mẫu yêu cầu tham gia bảo hiểm do Công ty bảo hiểm phát hành. Hồ sơ yêu cầu bảo hiểm được điền đầy đủ và ký tên theo quy định là bằng chứng thể hiện ý chí và nguyện vọng của Bên mua bảo hiểm và Người được bảo hiểm khi tham gia Hợp đồng bảo hiểm. Hồ sơ yêu cầu bảo hiểm là một phần không thể tách rời của Hợp đồng bảo hiểm.

There is a 'waiting period' before you can enjoy the benefit. The 'waiting period' and definitions of critical illnesses have been stated in the policy contract. Only suffering from our defined critical illnesses are covered.
You have to complete a Critical Illness Claim Form and submit the original copy of the medical receipt and report to us for processing. The medical receipt and sick leave certificate will not be returned unless you have submitted a Request For Return Of Original Medical Receipt(s)/leave Certificate(s) with your claim application.

On or before the anniversary of cover immediately following the insured’s 70th birthday, the plan can be converted into a whole life protection insurance plan without requiring additional health information, subject to increase in premium and choices of products then made available for the purpose of this privilege.
Term insurance provides temporary life insurance protection for a stipulated period of time. The sum assured of the policy is paid to the beneficiary when death occurs during the stipulated term. Nothing is paid upon the survival of the insured at the end of the stipulated term. Usually they are packaged with renewable or conversion privileges.
